Risk Management at the LPLC
The aim of the Legal Practitioners Liability Committee is to assist our insureds in managing the risks of practice by combining our wealth of experience with the best in risk management practice and theory from around the world.
Our Risk Management Team is constantly reviewing our data, liaising with leading consultants and academics and talking to our insureds to ensure that we continue to deliver topical and practical advice that assists firms in developing targeted risk management solutions.
We provide a comprehensive education program that assists firms in raising the level of risk management awareness among their employees and partners. These include in-house workshops (for larger firms) and group seminars (for small practices). We also provide benchmarking and tailored risk management advice in order to assist our firms in building better risk management systems.
